Shipping policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS: By making your purchase, you are agreeing to purchase postage from a third party shipping company separate from Tucked-Up Systems (Canada Post, USPS, UPS). Our handling time is 2-4 business days, and the shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected. Tucked-Up Systems is not responsible for delays or errors caused by any shipping service or outage. Once the item is shipped and the tracking information has been provided, please contact the shipping provider if any issues arise with the delivery of your package. If a wrong address is provided by the customer, we will only grant a refund once the package is returned to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Tucked-Up Systems does not guarantee delivery time frames. If a delivery is made outside of the estimated time frame, or the tracking information shows delivered but you cannot find the item on your property, you must contact the shipping service for further information. No refund will be given for shipping delays or lost items. It is your responsibility to check the legality of these parts in your state. Please check your local DOT laws before purchasing.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTION FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS: U.S. and Canada customers are offered a flat rate shipping option ($5 USD) for orders with a discounted subtotal greater than $100.00 (before taxes applied). The order's shipment destination must reside within the United States of America and Canada. The free shipping options still utilize our standard postage providers and 3rd party shipping companies. All terms and conditions that apply to normal orders will continue to apply to orders with a free shipping option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or import fees. By placing your order you are accepting the risks associated with an international purchase. Delivery times are estimations only. DELAYS MAY OCCUR. This is not something we can predict or control. It is your responsibility, and your responsibility only, to look into possible causes of delays once the item is in transit to you. We will not refund shipping costs due to transit delays. Please note that all charges are in US Dollars. We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. We will not mark as "gift."
